Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2026 SOKY Elite 7v7

General Guidelines Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the SOKY Elite Board of Directors via email or through the official registration portal. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative and processing fees are non-refundable. Refund Eligibility Before Season Start: Full refund (minus processing fees) if requested at least 14 days prior to the first scheduled practice. After Season Start: Partial refund (50%) if requested within the first two weeks of the season. No refunds will be issued after the second week of the season, except in cases of documented medical injury or relocation. Special Circumstances Medical/Injury: Players who suffer season-ending injuries may receive a prorated refund upon submission of medical documentation. Program Cancellation: If SOKY Elite cancels a program or event, families will receive a full refund. Registration Insurance: Families who opt into registration insurance during sign-up may have additional coverage for unforeseen circumstances (injury, job loss, etc.). Refunds are designed to be fair while ensuring the sustainability of our program and resources for all participants.
